Launch of English version of the e-learning platform

Today the English version of the e-learning platform - which had been launched in late May - has been activated by the Central Anticorruption Bureau. More than 6,000 people have already signed up and took part in the proposed trainings.

The Central Anticorruption Bureau together with the Special Investigation Service of the Republic of Lithuania (STT) and the Corruption Prevention and Combating Bureau of the Republic of Latvia (KNAB) joined - under the ISEC program - the project entitled: "Rising of Anticorruption Training System" co-funded by the European Commission.

The project consists of two parts - performance of series of six training conferences planned for the years 2013 - 2015 and creation of an e-learning platform. The platform is intended for a wide audience: central and local government, the business community, students, and above all society.

Due to the wide circle of recipients, the training is divided into three sections, each of which consists of 20 teaching hours:

  1. Corruption in public administration;
  2. Corruption in business;
  3. Social impact of corruption.

The condition to pass the training is to familiarize oneself with the different classes, to perform exercises testing knowledge and to pass the final test. Completion of the training can be confirmed by roll call diploma generated upon request of the participant.

We hope that this initiative will contribute to raising the level of public awareness and perception of corruption and will encourage the debate on the specifics of the crime of corruption, its scale and effectiveness of the national legislation and conducted anticorruption policy

To start the training cycle just visit the website https://szkolenia-antykorupcyjne.edu.pl/ and select the appropriate language version.
