CBA’s inspection at the Municipal Office of Kędzierzyn-Koźle
On 14 July 2020, the CBA officers of the Regional Office in Wrocław commenced an inspection at the Town Hall of Kędzierzyn-Koźle.
It covers three tender procedures for the construction of the Activity Centre in Kędzierzyn-Koźle in the years 2015-2019.
The estimated duration of the inspection is 3 months. This period may be extended by 6 months pursuant to Article 33 of the Act on the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau.
