A building in exchange for a bribe
The agents of the Regional Office of the CBA in Lublin have detained an entrepreneur, who, in exchange for a bribe, tried to guarantee himself the purchase of real estate being a part of a bankruptcy estate.
The officers of the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau have caught an entrepreneur from the Lubelskie Region red-handed at the moment of giving a bribe. The man was detained during the handing of 10 thousand zlotys to the receiver of the bankruptcy estate of the cooperative. Everything seems to indicate that it was a part of the previously promised "gratification" in exchange for a guarantee to buy a building of a former restaurant – a part of the bankruptcy estate.
The materials collected in the case were transferred to the District Prosecutor’s Office in Lublin, where the detainee will be charged.
