Memorandum of Understanding on bi-lateral cooperation with NAC

The Heads of the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau and the National Anti-Corruption Centre of the Republic of Moldova signed a Memorandum of Understanding on bi-lateral cooperation.

On 30 September 2015, the National Anti-Corruption Centre (NAC) and the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau (CBA) signed an MoU aiming to increase the efficiency of cooperation in the field of fight against and prevention of corruption.

Its objective is undertaking close cooperation facilitating the exchange of information and experiences within the scope of identification, prevention, and detection of corruption offences as well as prosecution of perpetrators of such offences.

The MoU will facilitate the implementation of training undertakings, exchange of information on programmes, conferences, and seminars.
