Head of the CBA in Moldova

The Head of the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau, accompanied by a delegation, participated in the Regional Anti-Corruption Initiative (RAI) Conference, which was held in Chisinau on 28 September 2015.

The Conference titled 15 Years of Reforms: What Worked Best aimed to sum up 15 years of the Regional Anti-Corruption Initiative activities, giving representatives of member states an opportunity to exchange experiences in and views on fight against corruption in the region. In May 2015, the CBA was granted observer status to the Regional Anti-Corruption Initiative and since then the Bureau has undertaken numerous initiatives aiming to support Moldova, among others, in its anti-corruption reforms and strategies.

Therefore, the Head of the CBA actively participated in the panel Classic and Innovative Preventive Measures which was aimed to find answers to the question which solutions were the best in corruption prevention, conflict of interest management, codes of ethics and/or public procurement.
