According to the Prime Minister Decree no. 32 of 29 March 2007, replacing the Prime Minister Decree no. 111 of 20 July 2006, establishing the Statute of the Central Anticorruption Bureau, its structure is composed of the following organizational units:

  1. Operational-Investigative Board;
  2. Control Proceedings Board;
  3. Regional Operations Board;
  4. Analyses and Registry Board;
  5. Operational Techniques Board;
  6. Cabinet of the Head;
  7. Security Department;
  8. Personnel and Training Department;
  9. Finance Department;
  10.  Logistics Department;
  11.  Independent Legal Division;
  12.  Independent Inspection Division;
  13.  Internal Auditors Unit.
