Structure

The Prime Minister Regulation no. 56 of 22 July 2009, replacing the Prime Minister Regulation no. 32 of 29 March 2007, on granting the statute to the Central Anticorruption Bureau, defines an organisational structure of the Central Anticorruption Bureau, which is as follows:

  1. Operational-Investigative Board;
  2. Control Proceedings Board;
  3. Regional Operations Board + 10 regional representatives (Szczecin, Poznań, Wrocław, Katowice, Kraków, Rzeszów, Lublin, Łódź, Białystok, Gdańsk);
  4. Analyses and Registry Board;
  5. Operational Techniques Board;
  6. Cabinet of the Head;
  7. Security Department;
  8. Personnel and Training Department;
  9. Finance Department;
  10.  Logistics Department;
  11.  IT Department;
  12.   Legal Department;
  13.  Independent Inspection Division;
  14.  Internal Auditors Unit;
  15.  Health and Safety Inspector Unit.
