The Central Anti-Corruption Bureau is a special service, created to combat corruption in public and economic life, particularly in public and local government institutions as well as to fi ght against activities detrimental to the State’s economic interest. The Bureau conducts its activities under the Act of 9 June 2006 on the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau (Journal of Laws of 2012, item 621 – consolidated text).
