Prosecutor detained by CBA and presented with allegations
The officers of the CBA Regional Office in Katowice detained Anna H., former appellate prosecutor in Rzeszów. The suspected woman was charged with having perpetrated four criminal offences.
On 22 June, the officers of the CBA Regional Office in Katowice, by order of the Silesian Field Division of the Organised Crime and Corruption Department in Katowice, detained Anna H., former appellate prosecutor in Rzeszów.
The suspected woman was charged with having perpetrated four criminal offences. They refer to, among others, the acceptance of a financial advantage from an entrepreneur from Leżajsk in the amount of over PLN 170 thousand, including expensive alcohol and construction works, in relation to performance of a public function and in exchange for settling matters in public institutions, abuse of power to the detriment of the public and private interest as well as submitting a document attesting an untruth to an institution competent to use public funds in order to obtain a loan (information obtained from pk.gov.pl).
After legal activities with the participation of the suspected are accomplished, further decisions will be taken.
