The Head of the CBA with a visit to Ukraine

Yesterday the Head of the CBA accompanied Prime Minister Ewa Kopacz during the first official visit to Ukraine.

The Head of the Central Anticorruption Bureau Paweł Wojtunik met, among others, with the First Deputy Minister of Justice of Ukraine. During the meeting, the topics of fight against corruption and plans to set up the Ukrainian Anti-Corruption Bureau were discussed. The Polish side presented the current challenges in the fight against corruption and offered workshops and expert meetings.

As the Head of the CBA said – “I am pleased to observe fast legal changes that take place in Ukraine. We can offer our experience, starting from training of officers to giving advice at all levels. I expect that the Ukrainian anticorruption agency will soon be established. Then we will start to talk about the specific cooperation.”

This is not the first meeting with the representatives of Ukraine. About the last meeting we reported in information on 30.03.2014
