Civil Servant of the Ministry of Justice detained by the CBA
In the course of the investigation into reprivatisation in Warsaw, the CBA officers detained Marzena K., a civil servant of the Ministry of Justice.
The Regional Prosecutor’s Office in Wrocław brought charges against Marzena K. of providing untrue information in her asset declaration. The total value of the undeclared incomes and revenues amounted to almost PLN 30 million. A a penalty of imprisonment for up to 5 years may be imposed on the detainee.
